Welcome to Lean

Launch an idea. Build a market. Put protocol fees to work.

LeanLaunchSwap is a Solana launchpad and decentralized exchange. Tokens begin trading on a bonding curve and, once their configured reserve threshold is reached, graduate into an official Lean constant-product pool. Traders can also swap through user-created constant-product pools, and concentrated-liquidity pools once they are enabled.

The protocol connects trading activity to LEAN through its fee router. The current design allocates 65% of protocol revenue to LEAN purchases and 35% to a USDC treasury. Purchased LEAN can be burned or held according to the router configuration.

Three parts of the ecosystem

ComponentPurpose
Lean LaunchCreate Standard or Reward tokens, trade on curves, and graduate to Lean CPMM.
Lean SwapTrade and supply liquidity through CPMM and CLMM pools.
LEAN tokenAn existing Token-2022 community token with its own PTN reward mechanics, plus a target asset for the Lean protocol fee router.

LEAN’s original Stonkfun rewards and LeanLaunchSwap’s protocol treasury are separate mechanisms. A PTN payout to a token holder is different from USDC held by the protocol.

Getting started

Choose the right path before connecting your wallet.

For traders

  1. Open the app and confirm the Solana network. Keep SOL for transaction fees and account rent, even when trading another quote asset.
  2. Find a launch in Explore or select a pair in Swap. Verify the full mint address; names and symbols can be copied.
  3. Review the route, price impact, minimum received, pool fee, any transfer tax, and network fee.
  4. Enter the amount and slippage tolerance, review the simulated transaction, then approve it in your wallet.
  5. Check the transaction on a Solana explorer and verify the received balance.

If you buy a launch with a quote token you don’t hold enough of, the app on mainnet buys the shortfall with SOL through Jupiter in the same transaction, under one wallet approval.

For creators

Choose Standard or Reward mode, select an enabled quote asset, provide token metadata, and review any initial purchase before signing. Read Launching a token and Reward tokens first.

For liquidity providers

Use Pools to select an existing pool or create one. CPMM positions span the whole price curve; CLMM positions, once concentrated pools are enabled, require a price range. Your Portfolio shows supported pool shares, concentrated positions and collected rewards.

Lean Launch

Launching a token

Two launch modes. One curve-to-pool lifecycle.

Lean Launch creates a fixed-supply token and starts its market on a bonding curve. The documented default for new Lean launches is 1 billion tokens with 6 decimals. This is a launch configuration, not verification of the existing LEAN token’s supply.

StandardReward
Token designNo base-token transfer taxToken-2022 with immutable 0.5%, 1% or 3% transfer tax
Creator revenue0.40% of curve volume; intended 0.40% after graduationNo creator fee; that portion goes to the router
Holder payoutsNo automatic reward-token payoutsEligible holders receive the paired quote asset
Curve trading fee0.90%0.90%, plus applicable transfer tax

Creation steps

  1. Enter the token’s name, symbol, description, image and optional project links, or supply a hosted metadata JSON URI.
  2. Select an enabled quote mint. A protocol-administered QuoteConfig must exist for that asset.
  3. Choose Standard or Reward mode. Reward-mode tax settings are immutable after initialization.
  4. Review token details, mode, initial purchase and wallet costs.
  5. Simulate and sign creation. Keep the mint address and launch transaction for verification.

New launch mint and freeze authorities are revoked during creation. The protocol validates Reward-mode authorities and extensions. Do not assume these guarantees apply to arbitrary imported tokens.

Creation costs

The current launch policy is zero platform launch fee; creators still pay network fees, account rent and any initial purchase. Graduation carries a 0.02% graduation fee on the curve’s quote reserve (about 0.017 SOL on an 85 SOL curve). It goes to whoever graduates the coin, normally Lean’s graduation bot, to cover the new pool’s rent.

Lean Launch

The bonding curve

Price follows reserves rather than a fixed sale price.

The curve uses constant-product mathematics over virtual reserves: k = virtual base × virtual quote. Buying adds quote and removes base tokens, moving the marginal price upward. Selling reverses the direction. Virtual reserves shape price; real reserves are the assets actually available for trades and migration.

Curve buys and sells carry a 0.90% trading fee. For Standard launches, 0.50% of volume goes to the router and 0.40% accrues to the creator. Reward launches route the entire 0.90% to the router.

Trade sizes are bounded by real reserves, migration requirements and an admin-set per-trade cap (no cap is set at launch). The final buy may be reduced to the amount the curve can accept. Integer rounding and Token-2022 fees affect exact amounts, so use the quoted minimum received rather than a hand-calculated estimate.

Supported quote assets

The architecture supports SPL Token and compatible Token-2022 quote assets, including tokenized assets. Support is enabled per mint by the protocol admin, with its own starting reserves and graduation threshold. Pasting a mint into the interface does not make an unsupported quote launchable.

Transfer-fee quote tokens are accounted for using amounts actually received by the vault. Issuer restrictions, freezes, transfer hooks and other extensions may affect compatibility and availability.

Lean Launch

Graduation & permanent liquidity

From a completed curve to an official Lean CPMM market.

A curve completes when its real quote reserve reaches the configured threshold. The design target is approximately 85 SOL for a SOL quote, with other quotes configured individually. This is a reserve threshold, not a guaranteed dollar market cap or an automatic live USD conversion.

  1. The completed curve stops accepting curve trades.
  2. Lean’s graduation bot calls the permissionless migration instruction moments later and creates the official Lean CPMM pool. Anyone can also trigger it with the Graduate button.
  3. A 0.02% graduation fee is paid from the real quote reserve to the caller. The rest of the quote reserve and the base tokens required to match the final curve price are deposited.
  4. Unused base tokens are burned and the LP tokens received by migration are burned.
  5. The launch is marked migrated and subsequent trading uses its official pool.
What burning LP means

Burning the migration LP tokens removes the ability to redeem that specific LP position. It does not prevent price losses, issuer freezes, program upgrades or changes to admin-controlled settings. Separate user-supplied liquidity remains subject to its own ownership.

Migration bypasses the 0.1 SOL user-pool creation charge. The bot normally graduates a coin within seconds, but completion does not guarantee instant migration: the transaction still has to land, and network conditions must be healthy.

Lean Launch

Reward tokens & payouts

Transfer taxes fund rewards in the token’s paired asset.

Lean-created Reward tokens use Token-2022 transfer fees at 0.5%, 1% or 3%. The rate cannot be changed after initialization. The launch reward PDA controls withheld-fee withdrawal rather than the creator’s wallet. Taxes also apply to applicable transfers outside Lean.

From withheld tokens to wallet payouts

  1. The authorized keeper harvests withheld transfer fees into a reward vault.
  2. After graduation, harvested tokens can be sold through the official CPMM pool into the token’s quote asset. Pre-graduation tax waits for graduation.
  3. A finalized holder snapshot determines eligibility. The configured planner uses a minimum of $20 worth of the token and excludes pools, curve vaults and burn addresses.
  4. 1.5% of the reward amount goes to the protocol router; 98.5% is allocated pro rata to eligible holders, subject to integer rounding.
  5. The payout keeper pushes batched payments to holders. Wrapped-SOL pairs pay native SOL; other pairs pay the relevant token account.

The included payout keeper is designed for hourly cycles. This is an operational cadence, not a payout guarantee: fees, liquidity, price data, funded balances and an active keeper are required. The repo also contains epoch/claim tooling; the documented default holder experience is pushed payouts.

The 1.5% deduction is a share of the reward pot, not an additional 1.5% of every trade. For illustration, a 100-unit distributable quote pot allocates 1.5 units to the router and 98.5 units to holders before recipient rounding. Token conversion can itself incur trading fees, transfer taxes and price impact.

Existing LEAN uses its original reward system

LEAN’s website describes Stonkfun-administered PTN rewards. LeanLaunchSwap’s reward PDA, keeper schedule and 98.5% allocation must not be assumed to govern the existing LEAN mint.

Lean Swap

Swapping & routing

Review the complete route and the amount you will receive.

The Swap interface compares supported direct CPMM, two-hop CPMM and direct CLMM routes across Lean pools (CLMM routes apply once concentrated pools are enabled). It selects the route with the most quoted output; it keeps a single-pool route unless a two-hop route improves output by more than 5 basis points (0.05%). Equal-output routes favor the deeper pool.

On mainnet the interface also requests a Jupiter quote and uses whichever source returns more. Jupiter is also the fallback when no Lean pool connects the pair.

Each pool hop can charge its own fee, and token transfer fees may apply along the route. Native SOL is wrapped and unwrapped where needed. A token being Jupiter-verified is a discovery label, not a safety guarantee or a promise that Jupiter routes through Lean.

Slippage and price impact

Price impact is the change caused by trade size relative to liquidity. Slippage tolerance sets the permitted change between the quote and execution. A minimum-output check rejects a trade whose output falls below its limit. Raising tolerance can increase execution risk.

Unverified tokens require a browser confirmation. Inspect the mint, pool, liquidity and token extensions independently. Confirm only wallet transactions that match your intended trade.

Lean Swap

Constant-product pools

Provide both assets across the full price curve.

A CPMM maintains a constant-product reserve relationship. LPs deposit the pair’s assets and receive fungible pool shares. A withdrawal returns the position’s share of pool assets at the current reserve ratio, which can differ from the initial deposit.

User-created CPMM pools support 0.004%, 0.02%, 0.20% and 0.90% fee tiers. Ten percent of the trading fee goes to the protocol router; the other 90% belongs to liquidity. User-pool configurations specify no extra creator or fund fee. Pool creation is configured at 0.1 SOL, in addition to rent and network fees.

Graduated launch pools use their own fee schedule and burned migration LP position. Their fee allocation differs from ordinary user-created pools; see Fees.

Adding and removing liquidity

  1. Verify both mint addresses and the pool’s fee tier.
  2. Enter a deposit amount and review the corresponding second asset and expected share.
  3. Approve the simulated transaction and check the position in Portfolio.
  4. To exit a user-owned position, choose the share to remove and review minimum asset amounts before signing.

LP returns depend on volume and price movement. Impermanent loss, token taxes and transaction costs can outweigh earned fees. Ordinary user pools are uncapped. Graduated pools support an admin-set quote-reserve cap, which is unlimited at launch.

Lean Swap

Concentrated liquidity

Choose where your liquidity works.

Not active at launch

Concentrated pools are switched off at launch, and the app hides them until the CLMM program is deployed. This chapter describes how they work once enabled.

A CLMM lets LPs select a price range. Liquidity earns swap fees while active in that range. Outside it, the position generally becomes concentrated in one asset and does not earn active swap fees until price re-enters the range.

User-created CLMM tiers are 0.008%, 0.04%, 0.20% and 0.90%, with a 10% protocol share of the trading fee. The stated v1 policy has no dynamic fee. Ranges follow the pool’s tick spacing and positions are represented by position accounts and an NFT.

  1. Select or create the pair, confirm the token order and verify the displayed initial price.
  2. Choose lower and upper bounds. A narrow range requires more management and can leave the market quickly.
  3. Review the required assets, deposit amounts and slippage limits, then sign.
  4. Use Portfolio to add, remove, collect accrued fees or close a fully removed position.

Concentrated liquidity increases exposure to range management, adverse price moves and impermanent loss. The admin pause blocks swaps and new liquidity; the design keeps liquidity reductions and closures available.

Pool fees, token taxes and network costs are separate layers.

Fees can be changed where the programs permit admin updates. Check the final transaction quote for the applicable rates and costs.

How the 1.10% graduated fee is calculated

The latest design continues the 0.90% launch fee after graduation and adds a 0.20% AMM fee. The router receives 16% of that AMM component: 0.20% × 16% = 0.032%. Liquidity retains 0.20% × 84% = 0.168%.

On 1,000 quote units of Standard graduated volume, the illustrative fee is 11 units: 4 to the creator, 5.32 to the router and 1.68 retained as liquidity. In Reward mode the creator’s 4 units also go to the router. Exact execution uses program rounding and actual received balances.

Ordinary LP fee example

At a 0.20% user-pool tier, 1,000 units incurs 2 units of pool fee: 0.2 to the router and 1.8 to LPs. A 10% protocol share means 10% of the pool fee, not 10% of the trade amount.

Additional costs

Token-2022 transfer taxes, Solana base and priority fees, account rent, multi-hop fees and price impact can affect the final result. Reward tokens are not tax-free because the platform fee is low. The exact total is not always the arithmetic sum of displayed rates because fees can apply to different transfer amounts.

Economics

The fee router

Protocol revenue links activity to LEAN and the treasury.

The router collects protocol allocations from curve trades, pool trading fees, configured creation fees and the platform share of reward payouts. Creator revenue, LP revenue and the holder reward pot are not all protocol revenue.

65%LEAN purchases
Burn or hold mode
35%USDC treasury
Retain or convert

For every 100 units of protocol revenue allocated under the default split, 65 input units are allocated to LEAN and 35 to treasury. This describes fee-input allocation, not a guaranteed USD value received after conversions, taxes and price impact.

Processing the assets

  • Fees already denominated in the treasury asset can be retained directly in its separate treasury account.
  • Other fee assets are converted through configured swap routes by the authorized keeper.
  • LEAN-denominated fees can be burned directly for the LEAN allocation; the treasury allocation can be sold into USDC.
  • When configured to Burn, purchased LEAN is burned from the router-controlled vault. Hold mode keeps it in the vault instead.

Router operations enforce authorized callers, per-sweep size limits, minimum output and vault balance checks. Cumulative allocation accounting is maintained per incoming mint; changing the split starts a new accounting epoch.

The split, treasury mint, keeper, swap program, pause state and burn/hold mode are admin-controlled. Buybacks require revenue, usable liquidity and an operational keeper. No fixed daily buyback amount or completion time is promised.

Economics

Treasury & controls

Protocol treasury assets are separate from holder rewards.

The current LeanLaunchSwap design retains 35% of protocol fee input in a USDC treasury. The router holds treasury balances in program-derived token accounts separated from incoming fee vaults.

The router admin can withdraw treasury funds. The code exposes withdraw_treasury. Fee vaults and the LEAN vault are not exposed through that treasury withdrawal instruction. An older statement that treasury assets can never be withdrawn no longer describes the current design.

What holders can and cannot infer

Treasury growth is not a claimable balance for LEAN holders. Holding LEAN does not grant redemption rights against USDC, an ownership interest in the protocol treasury, or an automatic share of treasury withdrawals.

The LEAN token project’s existing treasury

leanonstonk.xyz separately tracks the active wallet Dy1NqfALoh1p8A55Ppawtd7Dr7c8GqxbC1x2qKAsXuxL and three developer timelock wallets. Its stated active-treasury strategy recycles received PTN rewards into LEAN repurchases. This is separate from the protocol’s 65/35 fee router and does not establish a fixed buyback schedule.

LEAN token

LEAN tokenomics

An existing Solana token with two distinct economic connections.

LEAN is a community meme token originally paired against PTN on Stonkfun. Its website’s “Flip the Cap” theme compares LEAN’s valuation with an on-chain implied valuation of Palatin Technologies. That benchmark is not an official live Nasdaq market capitalization or a price target.

1 · Original LEAN holder rewards

The website describes a 3% Token-2022 transfer tax funding PTN rewards through Stonkfun. Eligible holders receive a pro-rata share under that platform’s current conversion, deduction and distribution rules. Rewards are variable and do not guarantee profit or offset a fall in LEAN’s price.

2 · LeanLaunchSwap protocol buybacks

The current protocol default allocates 65% of protocol revenue to LEAN purchases or direct burning of LEAN fees. Burning removes tokens from supply when successfully executed; holding tokens in a vault is not a burn. This allocation is additional ecosystem demand by design, not a guaranteed price effect, yield or holder payout.

Supply, allocations and emissions

A finalized mainnet RPC getTokenSupply snapshot reports 997,937,372.178883 LEAN with 6 decimals at slot 462381502 on 28 October 2026. This is outstanding on-chain supply, not a verified circulating-supply or original-allocation figure. A separate finalized getAccountInfo snapshot at slot 462383461 confirms null mint and freeze authorities and both current scheduled transfer-fee entries at 300 bps (3%). The transfer-fee configuration and withheld-fee withdrawal authorities are both 5KXDF6QnqhBj72hDtJNkkpFaQVUfbFXNybMsp3DiK6tD. The existing LEAN fee is therefore authority-controlled; it is not the immutable-tax setup described for new LeanLaunchSwap Reward launches. The reviewed token website does not publish an initial allocation table, emission schedule or developer vesting timetable. Those values are not inferred from Lean Launch’s default 1-billion-token issuance template. Supply and authorities are dated snapshots. The original issuance, circulating classification, burned balances and each lock’s terms must be reconciled before publishing precise allocation percentages.

No protocol LEAN emission, staking APR, holder governance right or treasury redemption entitlement is established by these docs. The fee router’s burn/hold mode and allocations are changeable; it does not make LEAN’s supply policy immutable.

Project holdings

The token website reports the active treasury and three locked wallets separately, using live balances rather than a fixed allocation percentage. A wallet labeled “locked” is not enough to establish its release date or controlling program; consult the underlying lock transaction and terms. See Addresses & verification.

LEAN token

PTN & tokenized assets

Understand the difference between a token, a company and a treasury.

PTN is the tokenized asset used by LEAN’s original paired market and reward design. leanonstonk.xyz identifies it with Backpack Securities and Palatin Technologies. Holding LEAN is not ownership of Palatin stock and gives no Palatin dividends, voting rights or claim on that company.

Tokenized PTN has issuer-specific custody, eligibility, transfer, redemption and trading rules. These can differ from directly holding common stock through a brokerage. Quote-token restrictions and issuer mint/freeze powers can affect pools and vaults.

The token website’s scoreboard uses on-chain PTN price and a shares-outstanding reference. Third-party prices and share counts can be delayed or stale. Its medical and short-interest narrative is background to the meme, not a token valuation guarantee.

LeanLaunchSwap’s current protocol treasury target is USDC, replacing an earlier PTN treasury design. The administrator can change the treasury mint; the active router configuration determines the treasury asset.

Using Lean

Pools, portfolio & market data

Know what the interface can measure.

Pools lists standard and graduated pools, and concentrated pools once enabled, with mint addresses, fee tier, liquidity and available activity metrics. The official pool marker identifies the pool created by a Lean launch’s migration; it is not an endorsement of the project or a guarantee of safety.

Very small pools are hidden by default under the documented $100 TVL discovery filter unless explicitly requested or found by mint. The filter is a listing preference, not an on-chain security boundary.

Portfolio covers supported CPMM shares, CLMM positions, related wallet token balances, launched tokens and indexed Reward payouts. Use it to add or remove liquidity and collect concentrated-position fees where supported.

Valuation and APR

The interface uses Jupiter USD prices where available, otherwise a token’s deepest Lean pool against a priced asset. Thin or manipulated pools can produce unreliable valuations. TVL is an estimate of asset value, not cash available for every holder to withdraw at that value.

Volume, fee history and APR depend on the indexer. A missing value is shown as “—” rather than a fabricated zero. Fee APR is a historical annualized estimate based on the LP share; it excludes guaranteed future returns and may not reflect impermanent loss, tax or gas.

Using Lean

Security, permissions & risks

Read the controls as carefully as the fee schedule.

ControlScope / limitation
Admin pauseCan stop affected launches, swaps or additions; exact scope depends on program. CPMM withdrawals and CLMM reductions are intended to remain available.
Graduated-pool capsCan limit quote reserves on swaps and deposits; set to unlimited at launch. Ordinary user pools are uncapped.
Quote configurationAdmins enable launch quote mints and set their economics.
Upgrade / config authorityAdmin and upgrade authorities can change configuration and program behavior.
Keeper permissionsAuthorize fee processing and reward operations. Availability and correct snapshots still matter.
Slippage / vault checksConstrain execution; do not eliminate MEV, route, liquidity or price-data risk.

Material risks include total token loss, smart-contract failure, admin or upgrade compromise, malicious tokens, impermanent loss, thin liquidity, MEV, token transfer taxes, stablecoin depegs, issuer freezes, oracle/valuation error and RPC or indexer outages.

Frequently asked questions

The practical details, in plain language.

Does holding LEAN give me the protocol’s USDC treasury?

No. The USDC treasury is admin-withdrawable protocol inventory. The sources establish no holder redemption entitlement.

Are LEAN’s PTN rewards the same as protocol buybacks?

No. Original LEAN rewards use its Token-2022 tax and Stonkfun mechanics. Protocol buybacks use the router’s allocation of protocol fees.

Can I launch against any mint?

Only a compatible mint with a protocol-configured QuoteConfig. Architectural support for SPL/Token-2022 assets does not enable every mint automatically.

Are all pool fees 1.10%?

No. That is the current intended graduated-pool setting. Ordinary CPMM and CLMM pools use their own selected tiers. Curves charge 0.90%. Token taxes and network costs can apply separately.

Can the creator remove migration liquidity?

The migration LP tokens are burned by design. Separate user-supplied liquidity, program upgrades and token-issuer powers have their own risks.

Why did a trade fail?

Common causes include insufficient SOL for fees or rent, a moved price, slippage, unsupported token extensions, paused programs, a completed curve, a reserve cap or network unavailability. Recheck the quote and simulation before retrying.

Why are rewards or APR missing?

Rewards require eligible holdings and funded, operational distribution. APR requires indexed activity and usable prices. Missing data is not proof of a zero balance or zero trading activity.

Is LEAN Palatin stock or an affiliated token?

No. The token website states LEAN is an unaffiliated meme token. PTN tokenization has its own issuer terms.
